Image courtesy of NorthwesternAccording to Political Wire, an Airzona poll by Arizona State University shows Senator John McCain holding a narrow lead in the GOP presidential race with 24%. Meanwhile, Mitt Romney, Rudy Giuliani, and Fred Thompson are all virtually tied in second with close to 20%. McCain has gone down from 32% in April and 44% in February.
