Britney Spears was transported to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center last night after police were called to her house to held end a nearly three-hour custody standoff involving her two children, Jayden James and Sean Preston. Rumors (and keep in mind that this is simply a rumor) say that Spears has been placed under suicide watch. This is all just tragic.
