Harry Potter to Go to War
The Guardian Unlimited reports that "Harry Potter" star Daniel Radcliffe will play Dan Eldon in the film Journey. Dan Eldon was a war photographer whose work has been widely acclaimed since his tragic death.

Golden Globes Seek Deal
Coming Soon is reporting here that the Hollywood Foreign Press Association is seeking a deal with the currently striking Writer's Guild of America to allow the Golden Globe Award ceremony to go on without any picketing and to hopefully allow actor participation and attendance.

Edwards Memo Shows Tie
A campaign memo from John Edwards averaged the nine polls released since Christmas in Iowa. The average has Senator Hillary Clinton at 28.2%, Sen. Barack Obama at 27.5%, and John Edwards at 26.3%.

Pollspot: New Hampshire...Less Than A Week
A CNN/WMUR survey in New Hampshire finds Sen. John McCain and Mitt Romney tied for first place in next week's New Hampshire primary with 29% each. Rudy Giuliani is third with 12%, followed by Mike Huckabee at 10%.
The Democratic primary race is also neck-and-neck with Sen. Hillary Clinton in a statistical tie with Sen. Barack Obama. Clinton leads with 34%, followed by Obama at 30% and John Edwards at 17%.
