Spice Girls Not To Extend Tour

The Spice Girls will not be extending their tour to Asia, South America, and Australia. They are ending their highly successful tour in Toronto at the end of this month. The quintet have issued a statement.
“We’ve had such an amazing time over the last 3 months. It’s been incredible being back together and seeing our fans again. We want to thank everyone who came to see us. It was all so mad the first time round, so we’ve really been able to appreciate it properly this time. There have been so many highlights and good times that we know it will be hard to be apart after Toronto. Really sorry if we didn’t get to see you this time round. We all have other commitments in our lives now but who knows what will happen next.”
I don't think this is the end. Maybe they will regroup for an album...though their new single failed. I hope they do stick together. I caught the show in Boston two days ago and it was absolutely phenomenal.

Jessica Goes Country
Singer Jessica Simpson has announced that her new album to be released this year will be a country music album. Jessica Simpson, while having a less successful recording career than her sister and the other pop divas, is known for being a pop music recording artist.
Sorry Jess, don't think your new album is going to sell any better than your last one. You are not Carrie Underwood.

Kelly Clarkson to Try Again...

Sidenote: I hate when artists add one show in Canada and call it a "North America" tour! What about the rest of Canada? What about Mexico? Might as well just keep it all in the States... But I love Kelly Clarkson, and she puts on a great (if short) show, so I wish her good luck with this tour.

Britney Wants You To Gimme More

Britney Spears's comeback single has been leaked to the internet. You can listen to "Gimme More" at Perez Hilton and download it via other sites. In addition to "Gimme More," a song titled "Cold as Fire" also leaked. However, it is unclear at this time whether "Cold as Fire" will appear on the album or if this is even a finished version of the song. As for "Gimme More," I think it's pretty good. Definitely catchy and different. As she starts the song off..."It's Britney bitch!" Britney Spears is back....but can she not have another meltdown? I think she'll probably mess this up.
